"BLAMER"

This type of person is everywhere. Especially, in situation that are highly political or where promotions and jobs are scarce. The tendency is to appear as though they are not causing problems or failures. One way to achieve this end is to point fingers and blame others.

It is difficult to refrain from attacking when being attacked. Of course, there are times to take the wind out of someone's sails. However, we want to focus on positive approaches and move things forward. It is usually best to buy time using a method of 'Moving On' remarking something to the effect of: "There's plenty of blame to go around."; "We can spend time pointing fingers or we can turn this around."; or "We can make this personal, but then I do not see the point in that."

If You Want To Gather Honey, Don't Kick Over The Beehive

99 out of a 100, people don't criticize themselves for anything, no matter how wrong it may be.
"As much as we thirst for approval, we dread condemnation."
Do you know someone you would like to change and regulate and improve? Good! That is fine. I am all in favor of it. But why not begin on yourself? From a purely selfish standpoint, that is a lot more profitable than trying to improve others - yes, and a lot less dangerous.
"Don't complain about the snow on your neighbor's roof, when your own doorstep is unclean."
When dealing with people, let us remember we are not dealing with creatures of logic. We are dealing with creatures of emotion, creatures bristling with prejudices and motivated by pride and vanity.
Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain - and most fools do. But it takes character and self-control to be understanding and forgiving.
So don't criticize or complain anybody.

4 good working habits that will help prevent fatigue and worry

1: Clear your desk of all papers except those relating to the immediate problem at hand.
A person with his desk piled high with papers on various matters will find his work much easier and more accurate if he clears that desk of all but immediate problem at hand. I bet your desk is cluttered most of the time I know mine is, but when I really want to get stuck into a task I follow Dale’s advice and move everything except those items related to what I am doing, simply getting rid of all the other distractions helps the job go more smoothly without the constant reminder of a million other things.
2: Do things in order of importance.
Firstly make a list of all the tasks that need doing then go through them and mark each one as to whether it is important or urgent. important and not urgent tasks, these are where ideally most of the workload should be that way we keep as many tasks as possible out of the more stressful important and urgent area, get many of them cleared before they move up the scale.
3: When you face a problem, solve it then and there if you have the facts necessary to make a decision. Don’t keep putting off decisions.
Grab hold of your problems one at a time and come to a decision, no procrastination, no putting off until tomorrow. The decision may be to do something or to do nothing, it may be to ask for more information but at least it will be a decision and one less thing to worry about.
4: Learn to organise, deputise and supervise.
If you are in the position where you can delegate tasks, do so and use your valuable time for something more important.

A need of change in 'Education system"

Education is the most constructive factor for any society as it opens new horizons for the people in different dimensions. A nation cannot properly understand national aims and goals, if the majority of people remain uneducated. They cannot understand the value of unity and discipline in life and remain unaware of the latest advancements. Education improves human, Physical and other resources which further improve the factors of production. So, it is important to set a proper system for education. Education is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and the provincial governments. Education system is the most important need and top priority in a country but the quality of education has a declining trend in Pakistan. Pakistan’s progress in improving its human development indicators has been uneven. Poor education and weak accountability systems spoil the precious public money and hamper the way of effective education.
Pakistan’s education system remains failed in educating the common people. Lack of management, poor polices and bad planning are the causes while corruption also plays its role in destroying the education system. Pakistan’s overall literacy rate is almost 55% which is very poor. We are far behind than other countries even, in subcontinent, we have lowest literacy rate. Insufficient funds and poor allocation of funds in the budget for education.

"CORRUPTION"

Corruption, over the past three years, has reportedly reached a figure which defies hyperbole. Transparency International estimates that Rs3 trillion has been bled out of the economy by the Zardari government. It seems such a fantastic number, almost too large to even comprehend. Yet this news story did not even make the front pages, indicative of a society now inured to dishonesty and wrongdoing.
Irrespective of whether the figure is correct or not, it is instructive to examine how societal values became so degraded that such a news story provokes not even a functional denial from the government nor a whimper from civil society. The current government, led by the PPP and in which several friends of the president have high posts, knows that no matter how much the media bleat on about graft and financial scandals, it does not matter one bit because the public remains unmoved and no entity has the ability, the courage or the resources to take action. The chief justice and the Supreme Court, despite their huffing and puffing, have been unable to blow the house down on corruption, cronyism and abuse of power. Opposition parties, including Nawaz Sharif’s, also tarnished by sleaze, disingenuously use corruption as a stick to beat the government with. Yet they have no desire for any substantive change in the system, of which they themselves aspire to be beneficiaries when ‘their turn’ arrives.
How did our society become so tolerant of such blatantly corrupt practices? Was it always like this? You ask the elders of society and they narrate that in the 1950s and 1960s making a living was hard. The new nation was beset with millions starting new lives, a nascent economy and negligible infrastructure or industry. Unemployment was very high. Young men were desperate for jobs. People preferred to eat only two meals a day but would not countenance running a household on the proceeds of crime or corruption.

"Fight Terrorism in Pakistan"

Terrorism can be fought on two fronts? by eliminating poverty and by using force where necessity arises.
Regarding poverty, political experts agree that poverty is the root cause of terrorism. And it is said that “a hunger man is an angry man.” Notably, majority of people in Pakistan are living below poverty line, and have no clean dinking water. While especially for the youngsters, unemployment has made the matter worse. In these adverse circumstances, some people go to the level of extremism and even commit suicide. These are the people whose services are hired by the terrorist groups and foreign secret agencies such as Indian RAW, American CIA and Israeli Mossad as they become vulnerable to terrorism.
It is notable that Pakistan is an agricultural country; therefore, our government should make efforts to develop this sector including cottage industry. Our agriculture also provides raw material to the industrial sector. Without any doubt, these efforts will play a crucial role not only in providing employment to the millions of people but will also eliminate poverty in the country.
In the modern era of technology and internet, technical education has become necessity of every under-developed and developing country. So Pakistan’s government should particularly emphasise the need of technical education by promoting it. In this respect, more institutes should be opened in order to promote technical education.
It is of particular attention that Pakistan’s tribal areas have become focus of terrorism as their people are more vulnerable to extremism. Hence, joint efforts of the government as well as the moderates are needed so as to fight terrorism. But billions of dollars are required to develop these under-developed regions. In this context, although America has pledged to spend money for the development of Pakistan’s tribal areas, yet the same is not enough. So the US and other western countries must give maximum aid which could be used in the tribal regions for providing infrastructure, education and employment.

"TO OVERCOME TERRORISM" Dr. Ishtiaq

The nation has to decide if Pakistan was an Islamic state or a secular state guided by the 11th August speech of the Quaid-e-Azam, in which he declared that religion had nothing to do with the business of the state, and that citizens of different religions were equal. Secondly, the ambiguous attitude towards suicide bombers and terrorists had to be discarded. It must be clearly understood that religion does not permit the killing of unarmed civilians. The concept that ‘one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter’ is basically wrong. He emphasised that violence against unarmed people could never be justified, and that terrorism and violence could not succeed, only peaceful means lead to success. He cited the examples of Ireland and South Africa, where freedom was achieved when violent means were discontinued and peaceful means adopted. And thirdly, civil society should persuade religious political parties and scholars to oppose suicide bombings and violence. He reminded the audience of the golden age of Islam, and said that fundamentalists ignored the science and culture of this period when Muslims were not afraid of learning from others, and sought their inspiration from the tribal age before enlightenment. Defining terrorism, he said that terrorism was violence, which was politically motivated, deliberate and planned, against unarmed civilians, with the purpose of creating fear in a wider audience, by an individual or group of people.
